Functional Nutrition Coaching
Functional nutrition is a personalized approach to health that goes beyond generic diets and one-size-fits-all recommendations. At its core, functional nutrition focuses on addressing the root causes of health concerns. It considers the intricate connection between your nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being to create sustainable solutions that optimize your health.
Unlike traditional nutrition coaching, which often centers on calorie counts or rigid food rules, functional nutrition looks at your body as a whole system. It takes into account factors such as your medical history, daily habits, stress levels, and especially your gut health. This comprehensive view allows for a tailored plan designed to support your body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best.
As a functional nutrition practitioner, our nutritionist is passionate about helping people achieve their health goals through this individualized approach. Whether you’re dealing with chronic fatigue, digestive issues, inflammation, or simply looking to enhance your energy and performance, you can be guided you every step of the way.
Our nutrition coaching mirrors our mental health counseling model. We believe in the power of ongoing support. That’s why I offer follow-up sessions to track your progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure you’re staying on the path to success. These follow up sessions vary in frequency based on the coaching you’re looking for. Let’s work together to create a healthier, more vibrant you!
Basic Plan
This plan includes an initial consult identifying three main health issues to we will prioritize. You’ll be given a meal plan and an exercise and sleep plan for the month, adjusted weekly if need be. You’ll also have weekly check-ins to discuss how the plan is going, how you feel, and what might need to change.
Involved Plan
This plan includes everything in the basic plan, plus more involvement from our nutritionist. The meal, sleep, and exercise plan will be more personalized, adjusted weekly. You’ll also have daily check-in with her to make sure you are on track. This is a fantastic plan that allows you a level of accountability that improves levels of success.
Premier Plan
This plan includes builds on the Involved Plan but includes consistent involvement from our nutritionist. There is daily texting available for any questions or concerns you have through every step of your journey. The daily check-ins are held at the end of the day, evaluating your progress and discussing how the next day can go. Customization is the key in this plan and allows for the best chance at success.
